Thomas Bampfield or Bampfylde (died 1693) was an English Member of Parliament who was briefly Speaker of the House of Commons.
He sat for Exeter in the First Protectorate Parliament, Second Protectorate Parliament and the Third Protectorate Parliament. In the Third he held the office of Speaker from April 15 until April 22, 1659.
He also sat for Exeter in the Convention Parliament.
